- In the evening, combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, whisk in eggs and vanilla.
- Preheat waffle iron, grease, and cook for 4–5 minutes. Serve hot with fruit or jam.
