Bread with yogurt and egg
A soft everyday bread machine loaf enriched with yogurt and egg.
Ingredients
| 200 ml | yogurt | |
| 100 ml | water | |
| 1 | egg, beaten | |
| 2-3 tbsp | 30–45 ml | oil |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | salt |
| 4 tsp | 20 ml | sugar |
| 550 g | flour | |
| 1.5 tsp | 7.5 ml | yeast |
Instructions
Program for a 700 or 900 gram loaf. /I have tried both options, there is no difference/
