Beer Sauce
A creamy onion-and-mustard beer sauce served with meats, rice or vegetables.

Ingredients
| 2 tea cups | beer |
| 1 tea cup | fresh milk |
| 1 head | onion |
| 1 1/2 tbsp | mustard |
| 1 heaped tbsp | flour |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | black pepper |
| 1 level tsp | paprika |
| 1/2 tsp | curry |
Instructions
- Chop the onion as finely as possible and fry it in 1 large tablespoon of butter. When it starts to turn brown, pour in the beer and stir. Wait for it to come to a boil and leave it like that for a few minutes, then pour in the hot milk.
- Add the mustard and the spices, and thicken the sauce with the flour mixed in a little water. Stir for another 3 minutes and remove from the heat. Serve with meats, rice or vegetables.
