Breaded Onion Rings

Ingredients
| 500 g | onion | |
| 120 g | flour | |
| 100 g | breadcrumbs | |
| 150 ml | beer | |
| 2 pcs | eggs | |
| 0.25 tsp | 1.3 ml | salt |
| 1-2 cups | fresh milk |
Instructions

- Mix 100 g of the flour with the salt in a large bowl. Add the beaten egg yolks with the beer and 1 tbsp oil. Beat to a smooth batter and put in the fridge, covered, for 1 hour.
- Then beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and carefully fold them into the batter. Dip the cut and shaped onion rings in the fresh milk.
- Then roll them in 20 g flour mixed with breadcrumbs and drop them into the bowl of batter.
- Fry the breaded onion rings in heated fat, drain on a rack and serve while still warm.
