Brownie Cheesecake with Berries
A rich dark-chocolate brownie base topped with a creamy cheesecake layer and frozen berries. The Kahlua liqueur has an intense coffee aroma; you can replace it with fresh espresso or simply leave it out. Baked in a rectangular tin about 20x30 cm so it cuts easily into squares.
