Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta

1 pound455 gboneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 pound455 gshrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon15 mlolive oil (for shrimp)
1/2 teaspoon2.5 mlpaprika (for shrimp)
1/4 teaspoon1.3 mlgarlic powder (for shrimp)
1/4 teaspoon1.3 mlblack pepper (for shrimp)
1 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup240 mlmilk
1/2 cup120 mlgrated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon1.3 mldried oregano
1/4 teaspoon1.3 mlgarlic powder (for sauce)
1/4 teaspoon1.3 mlblack pepper (for sauce)
1 pound455 gpenne pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak and shrimp: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Season the steak and shrimp with the mixture.
  3. Cook steak: Grill or sauté the steak until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  4. Cook shrimp: Sauté the shrimp until pink and cooked through.
  5. Make Alfredo sauce: In a large skillet, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
