Chaliapin Steak
The Chaliapin Steak is an original Japanese steak. It is a dish made in 1936 for the Russian opera singer Feodor Chaliapin when he visited Japan. At the time, he was suffering from toothaches and said, "I want to eat a tender steak." This dish was devised to answer to his request. From FOOD WARS - SOMA.
Ingredients

| To taste | Pepper | |
| To taste | Salt | |
| To taste | Potato starch | |
| 2 cups | 480 ml | Rice (Donburi Bowl) |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | Umeboshi paste (chopped plum) |
| 4 tbsp | 60 ml | Red wine (Sauce) |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | Soy sauce (Sauce) |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | Butter (Sauce) |
