Cut the chicken steaks into larger cubes, season them with salt, pepper and a little curry. Then sear the meat on all sides over low heat, but not until fully cooked, since the meat will also bake in the oven. Let them cool, then wrap each piece of chicken in a strip of bacon.
Chop the onion and garlic and place them in a pan with heated olive oil to sear. Then add one large can of tomatoes, chopped beforehand, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt, black pepper and thyme. Leave it on the heat a while for the ingredients to combine and the sauce to thicken.
Spread the sauce in a baking dish and arrange the chicken rolls on top of it. Grate the parmesan over them. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
Serve a few rolls per portion together with the sauce!
