Chicken with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
| 2 steaks | chicken meat | |
| about 300-400 g, jam may also be used | cranberries | |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | butter |
| 1/2 cup cranberry and 1/2 cup lemon | juice | |
| 1/2 cup chicken from the boiled chicken | broth | |
| 1/2 cup red | red wine | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | starch |

| — | marjoram | |
| 1-2 pinches | sugar | |
| for coating | breadcrumbs |
Instructions
Lightly pound the chicken meat and boil it in lightly salted water. Heat the butter in a small pot and add the cranberries. Stir and add a pinch of sugar.
Let it boil for a while, then thin it with the cranberry and lemon juice and the red wine. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. If the cranberry sauce is too runny, thicken it with the starch dissolved in a little water.
Drain the boiled chicken, salt it and rub it lightly with marjoram and black pepper. Coat it in breadcrumbs and fry it lightly in heated oil. Serve the fried chicken drizzled with the cranberry sauce.
