Coc Shato (Chateau Custard Sauce)

1. Add the sweetened milk to the beaten egg yolk. Stir over the heat until it comes to a boil.
2. Then remove from the heat and keep stirring until it cools down.
3. Flavor it and serve as an accompaniment to milk banitsa, creams, puddings, etc.
