Copy-Cat Parmesan Pasta Roni
A homemade copy-cat of Parmesan Pasta Roni made with angel hair pasta, chicken broth and heavy cream.

Ingredients
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | butter |
| 1 clove | garlic | |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | chicken broth |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | heavy cream |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | water |
| 16 oz | 455 g | angel hair pasta |
| 8 oz | 225 g | parmesan cheese |
| 2 sprigs | chopped parsley |

- Place the pot on sauté.
- Melt the butter and add the chopped garlic.
- Add the pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, and water.
- Place the pot on Manual High Pressure for 3 minutes.
- Do a Quick Release.
- Stir in the cheese.
- Top with parsley and serve.
