Cranberry Sauce
A cranberry sauce with red wine and cinnamon to serve with roast turkey, chicken, poultry and game.

Ingredients
| 500 g | red cranberries |
| 250 g | sugar |
| 10 g | potato starch |
| 0.1 g | cinnamon |
| 100 g | red wine |
| 1 kg | water |
Instructions

- Pour cold water over the cleaned and washed cranberries and set them to boil until soft.
- Drain off their cooking liquid and press the cranberries through a sieve. Thin the resulting purée with the cooking liquid, then add the red wine, sugar and cinnamon.
- Bring the mixture to the boil for 5-7 minutes. Add the potato starch dissolved in a little water and boil the sauce while stirring.
The cranberry sauce prepared this way can be served with roast turkey, hen, chickens, game, and dishes made from wild game meat.
