
Cream with Liqueur and Cream Cheese
A silky liqueur-and-cream-cheese dessert cream, chilled and served in glasses.

Ingredients
| 2 tsp | 10 ml | instant coffee |
| 100 ml | liqueur (Baileys type) | |
| 2 packs | cream cheese | |
| 150 g | powdered sugar | |
| a few drops | vanilla essence | |
| 2 | egg whites |
Instructions
Prep 20 min · Cook 10 min · Total 30 min · Serves 4-5
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with half of the powdered sugar in a bowl over a water bath on the stove until you get a smooth cream.
- Remove from the heat and, while stirring constantly, add the instant coffee dissolved in the slightly warm liqueur, and the vanilla.
- Beat the cream cheese with a little more of the powdered sugar and stir it into the yolk mixture until you get a smooth blend.
- Finally, beat the whites with a pinch of salt and the remaining powdered sugar into a stiff snow. Carefully fold into the rest of the cream with a spatula.
- Pour the cream with liqueur and cream cheese into suitable glasses or bowls and chill before serving.
