
Spicy Pork BBQ (Daeji Bulgogi)

Ingredients
| 1 pound | 455 g | Pork, sliced into strips |
| 3 tablespoons | 45 ml | Soy sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30 ml | Rice wine |
| 2 tablespoons | 30 ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 | Onion, finely minced | |
| 8 cloves | Garlic, minced | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30 ml | Gochujang (chili paste) |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | Gochugaru (chili flakes or powder) |
| 2 teaspoons | 10 ml | Ginger root, grated |
| 2 tablespoons | 30 ml | Sesame oil |
Instructions
- Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add the pork and coat it well with the marinade.
- Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Pan grill the pork until it is cooked through.
- Serve.
