| 5 tbsp | 75 ml | cornstarch |

| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | instant coffee, level |

Instructions
Prep 15 min. Cooking 25 min. Total 40 min. Serves 6-8.
- Set aside 1 cup of milk, and put the rest to boil with the sugar. Dissolve the starch in the reserved milk, and dissolve the instant coffee in the water.
- As soon as the milk gets hot, add the dissolved starch to it while stirring constantly. Stir until thickened and remove from the heat. Divide the cream into 2 equal parts.
- Into one part add the coffee and the broken dark or milk chocolate, and into the other - the broken white chocolate. Stir them until the chocolates melt completely.
- Prepare suitable dessert cups or bowls. Into each pour simultaneously from both sides from the two creams, so that the cups are colored in halves.
- Put the day-and-night creams to set in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve with grated chocolate or whipped cream on top.
