
Easter Honey-Lemon Ham
A holiday spiral-cut ham glazed with honey, brown sugar and lemon, pressure-cooked to heat through, then finished with a quick reduced pan sauce.

Ingredients
| 0.25 cup | 60 ml | water |
| 6 pounds | 2.7 kg | bone-in smoked spiral ham |
| 0.75 cup | 180 ml | honey |
| 0.5 cup | 120 ml | brown sugar |
| 0.25 cup | 60 ml | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | 10 ml | Dijon mustard |
| 0.5 teaspoon | 2.5 ml | ground ginger |
| 0.5 teaspoon | 2.5 ml | ground cloves |
| 0.25 teaspoon | 1.3 ml | ground nutmeg |
| — | freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
6 Quart / 8 Quart. Servings: 8–10. Ready in: 40 min. Prep Time: 15 min. Cook Time: 15 min.
- Pour water into inner steel pot of pressure cooker. Lay ham in the pot, sliced-side down.
- Mix honey, brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth; pour over the ham.
- Lock pressure cooker lid in place and set steam vent to Sealing. Select Pressure Cook (Manual) and cook for 10 minutes on High pressure.
- Set steam vent to Venting to quick-release pressure.
- Transfer ham to a cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Press Sauté on pressure cooker on Normal.
- Bring liquid in inner steel pot to a simmer and cook until thickened into a sauce, 4 to 6 minutes.
- Carve ham and arrange onto a serving platter. Drizzle sauce over ham to serve.
Mealthy Tip: Make sure you're using a spiral-cut ham. They are already cooked, so you're just adding your flavors and heating for service. Plus, they make serving a breeze!
