
Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | soy sauce |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | chili sauce |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | honey |
| 2 packs | instant ramen noodles | |
| 4 cups | 960 ml | chicken broth |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | heavy cream |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | garlic, minced |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | paprika |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | olive oil |
| 4 | green onions, sliced | |
| to taste | salt and pepper |
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, chili sauce and honey. Toss in the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken: Heat a splash of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and caramelized.
- Add the aromatics: Toss in the minced garlic and paprika. Stir for about a minute, letting the garlic release its aroma.
- Broth and noodles: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook as directed on the package, letting them soak up the flavorful broth.
- Make it creamy: Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes until the broth becomes rich, thick and creamy.
- Finish with freshness: Serve the ramen hot, topped with a handful of sliced green onions.
