Ingredients
| 1 lb | 455 g | beef sirloin, thin sliced |
| 1.5 tbsp | 23 ml | oil |
| 3 cloves | minced garlic | |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | water |
| 0.33 cup | 79 ml | soy sauce |
| — | salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1.5 tbsp | 23 ml | brown sugar |
| 0.5 tbsp | 7.5 ml | oyster sauce |
| 0.5 | half lime, juiced | |
| 0.5 tsp | 2.5 ml | cornstarch |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | water |
Instructions
- Press Sauté on your pressure cooker.
- Add the oil and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add sliced sirloin and cook until both sides are brown.
- Then add the oyster sauce, lime juice, water, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on Manual High for 12 minutes.
- Do a quick release and open the lid.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pot.
- Turn on Sauté and let boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Continue to stir.
- Remove from heat and serve.
