Flambeed Banana by Andre Tokev's Recipe

Ingredients
| 4 | bananas |
| 60 g | sugar |
| 50 ml | brandy |
| 200 ml | Debic cream |
| 6 leaves | mint |
Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- Caramelize the sugar, add the bananas and lightly saute.
- Deglaze with brandy or cognac and flambe.
- Then arrange on a plate, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with mint.
