Fried Ice Cream
Balls of vanilla ice cream double-coated in a cornflake-coconut crust and flash-fried in hot oil, served immediately.

Ingredients
| 500 g | cream ice cream |
| 2 broya | eggs |
| 1 ch.ch. | cornflakes, breadcrumbs or crushed biscuits |
| 1/2 ch.l. | wheat starch |
| 2-3 s.l. | sugar |
| 2 s.l. | coconut flakes |
| 1 s.l. | fresh milk |
| — | oil, for frying |
Instructions
Serves: 2-3 pieces. Prep 20 min. Cook 5 min. Total 25 min.
- Shape balls from the ice cream and put them in the freezer for an hour.
- Grind the cornflakes, coconut flakes and sugar in a blender.
- Beat 1 egg with the fresh milk and dissolve the starch in it.
- Roll the vanilla ice cream balls first in the egg mixture, then in the dry mixture, and return them to the freezer for another hour.
- Beat the other egg, roll the ice cream in it again and drop it into very hot fat for a few seconds.
- Serve the fried ice cream immediately, garnished with fruit or topping.
