  1. Toss chicken with baking powder in a bowl until evenly coated; season with salt.
  2. Spray CrispLid fryer basket with cooking spray. Lay chicken in a single layer in the basket, working in batches as needed.
  3. Place CrispLid trivet in inner steel pot of pressure cooker. Place basket with chicken on the trivet.
  4. Set CrispLid on top of inner steel pot and plug in.
  5. Set CrispLid to 425°F (220°C). Cook chicken wings skin-side up for 10 minutes. Flip wings and cook for another 10 minutes or until a thermometer inserted near the bone reads at least 165°F (75°C). Lift the lid using the handle and set it on the silicone mat.
  6. Combine butter and garlic in a small skillet over medium-low heat until butter melts, 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Transfer wings to a bowl and toss wings with the butter mixture and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
  8. Garnish wings with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Mealthy Tip: Add minced green onion or chives for extra color and flavor!
