
Garlic Parmesan Wings
Crispy air-fryer wings tossed in garlic butter and Parmesan.

Ingredients
| 2 pounds | 905 g | chicken wings |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | baking powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | salt |

| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | butter |
| 4 cloves | garlic, crushed | |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | finely grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | chopped fresh parsley |

- Toss chicken with baking powder in a bowl until evenly coated; season with salt.
- Spray CrispLid fryer basket with cooking spray. Lay chicken in a single layer in the basket, working in batches as needed.
- Place CrispLid trivet in inner steel pot of pressure cooker. Place basket with chicken on the trivet.
- Set CrispLid on top of inner steel pot and plug in.
- Set CrispLid to 425°F (220°C). Cook chicken wings skin-side up for 10 minutes. Flip wings and cook for another 10 minutes or until a thermometer inserted near the bone reads at least 165°F (75°C). Lift the lid using the handle and set it on the silicone mat.
- Combine butter and garlic in a small skillet over medium-low heat until butter melts, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer wings to a bowl and toss wings with the butter mixture and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
- Garnish wings with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Mealthy Tip: Add minced green onion or chives for extra color and flavor!
