Instructions
Garlic Steak Bites
- Season the beef cubes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and parsley, and toss with olive oil.
- Cook on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes each side until a crust develops, adding the light butter, minced garlic, chilli flakes and fresh parsley.
Creamy Mashed Potatoes 3. Boil the potato chunks for 12-14 minutes until fork tender, drain, then steam for 5 minutes before mashing till smooth with the light butter, cream cheese, milk, salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Garlicky Alfredo Sauce 4. Blend the cottage cheese with the milk for 2 minutes till completely smooth. 5. Combine with the light butter, smoked paprika, salt, chilli flakes, Dijon mustard, minced garlic and parsley, and simmer on low heat to avoid splitting the sauce. 6. Serve the steak bites over the mashed potatoes with the Alfredo sauce. Enjoy!
