Glazed Strawberry Pizzelle

Ingredients
| 4 ounces | 115 g | light corn syrup |
| 16 ounces | 455 g | granulated sugar |
| 8 ounces | 225 g | water |
| 1 pound | 455 g | strawberries |
| 1 package | Vanilla Reko Pizzelle | |
| — | whipped cream |
Instructions
- Put foil and nonstick cooking spray over a baking sheet.
- Put ice and cold water in a bowl that holds a saucepan.
- Mix the water, sugar and corn syrup in a medium saucepan over high heat. Stir the mixture until the sugar is gone, then cook for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Continue to cook for about 12 to 20 minutes. Wipe the sides of the saucepan down occasionally to prevent crystallization.
- Remove from heat and immediately immerse the pan's bottom in the prepared ice bath.
- When the bubbles stop rising, dip the strawberries in the glaze and put them on the baking sheet.
- Let the berries cool. Top the Reko Pizzelle with whipped cream and glazed berries. Have fun!
