| 200 g | Sour cream |
| 5 g | Chives, fresh, minced |
| 5 g | Parsley, fresh, minced |

- Mix up dressing: Add all of the following to a bowl — sour cream (200 g), Japanese (Kewpie-Style) Mayo (25 g), fresh minced chives (5 g), fresh minced parsley (5 g), fresh minced dill (4 g), salt (3.5 g), onion powder (3 g), fresh minced tarragon (2 g), lemon juice (2 g), garlic powder (1.5 g), and black pepper (0.2 g, or to taste) — and mix together with a whisk or spoon until fully incorporated. Transfer dressing to a squeeze bottle or other sealable container, and store in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
