Ingredients
| 1 kg | flour | |
| 1 tub | yogurt | |
| 1 tea cup | water | |
| 2 pcs | eggs | |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | baking soda |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | salt |
| 300 g | cheese |
Instructions
- Knead a dough from the flour, the yogurt, the water, the baking soda, the salt and the eggs (without 1 yolk).
- Divide the dough into 10 equal parts.
- Roll out each part into a small round sheet.
- On one half of each circle put a filling of crumbled cheese and cover with the other half of the circle.
- Brush the resulting half-moons with yolk and bake them in a moderate oven.
- Some cooks prefer to bake or fry them with a little fat in a pan.
- If you do decide to bake them in the oven, after you take them out, brush them with a little butter. Their taste will then be even nicer and more unique!
