Honey or maple butter

Ingredients
| — | melted butter, oil or other fat |
| — | honey (for honey butter) |
| — | maple syrup (for maple butter) |
| — | brown sugar (for maple butter) |
| — | pumpkin pie spice (optional) |
Instructions
Honey Butter: To the melted fat of your choice, add 1/3 the amount of honey by volume, and mix. For example, if you melted 2 tablespoons of butter (~30 mL), add 2 teaspoons (~10 mL) honey.
Maple Butter: To the melted fat of your choice, add 1/4 the volume maple syrup and 1/2 the volume brown sugar, and blend. Sprinkle in some pumpkin pie spice, to taste (optional). For example, if you have 4 tablespoons oil, add 1 tablespoon maple syrup and 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
