Jellied Salad with Quail Eggs

| — | canned corn, drained |
| — | sour cream |
| — | yogurt |
| — | mustard |
| — | salt to taste |
| — | gelatin |
| — | hot broth |

- Boil and peel the eggs. Boil the potatoes and carrot, let cool, cut into cubes and mix with the finely chopped dill and peppers, and the corn drained from the can.
- Stir the sour cream with the yogurt, mustard and salt to taste and pour the mixture over the vegetables.
- Dissolve the gelatin in cold water, melt it, stir it with the hot broth and pour it in with the rest of the ingredients.
- Distribute the mixture into silicone muffin molds, place one whole quail egg in the middle of each, leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours, then remove the salad from the molds and serve.
