
Katsudon
Breaded and fried pork cutlet simmered with onion in a sweet-savory sauce and egg, served over cooked rice, from YURI!!! ON ICE.
Ingredients

| 1 scoop | Soybean sauce |
| 1 scoop | Sugar |
| 1/2 | Onion |
| To taste | Peas |
| To taste | Cooked rice |
| 1/2 | Lemon |
Instructions
Preparation
- Remove the bone from the chops and make some small cuts in the meat. Blow on it to break up the fibers.
- To prepare the batter, put a little bit of flour in a dish, in another dish beat 2 eggs, and in another dish put some panko. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, pass them through the flour, then through the egg, again through the flour and finally through the panko.
- In a pot with plenty of olive oil, add the battered fillets until they are well browned. Remove the fillets to a plate with paper to absorb the excess oil and cut into strips.
- Cooking rice in a pot. The desired amount.
- Cut into julienne 1/2 onion. Add in another pot 50 milliliters of water, the mirin, the soya sauce, the sugar and 1/2 squeezed lemon. Wait 3 minutes for it to boil and add the onion at medium heat. Place the breaded fillet on top of the onion and pour 1 beaten egg over it. Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes.
- Place the cooked rice on a plate. Put the breaded fillet on top with a little onion and some peas.
- It is ready to eat now.
