Korean-Style Fried Fish with Kiwi

Flavors of South Korea. Fish fillets marinated in soy, sesame and chives, pan-fried and topped with seared kiwi. Total time: less than 15 minutes. Difficulty: Easy. Chef's Note: If you're not familiar with sesame oil, it's an oil with a very distinctive flavor used sparingly to impart a unique character to Asian dishes — there is no real substitute.
