Mega Chocolate Brownie
A rich, intensely chocolate brownie loaded with melted and chunked dark chocolate.

Ingredients
| 100 гр | dark chocolate (for the batter) |
| 180 гр | butter |
| 250 гр | sugar |
| 2 бр | eggs |
| 90 гр | flour |
| 30 гр | cocoa |
| 50 гр | dark chocolate (into the batter) |
| 50 гр | dark chocolate (on top) |
Instructions
- Melt 100 g dark chocolate over a water bath, add 180 g butter and let it melt too.
- Add 250 g sugar (I would reduce it), remove the mixture from the water bath and stir well.
- Add 2 whole eggs and stir well again with a spatula.
- Add 90 g sifted flour + 30 g cocoa and stir.
- Add another 50 g dark chocolate and pour into a small baking form.
- Arrange the remaining 50 g chocolate on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 170°C with the fan on.
