| 600 ml | Cold Brew Cacao |
| 300 ml | beer |
| 50 g | egg white |
| 50 ml | lime juice |
Instructions
- Stir together all the ingredients, then pour through an iSi Funnel & Sieve into the iSi Nitro.
- Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger and shake eight times.
- Pour straight into a glass. Use a second iSi Nitro Charger for a more intense taste experience.
