Ingredients
| 300 ml | ginger beer |
| 300 ml | quince kombucha |
| 150 ml | vodka |
| 150 ml | lime juice |
| 60 ml | egg white |
Instructions
- Stir together all the ingredients and pour through an iSi Funnel & Sieve into an iSi Nitro.
- Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger and shake eight times.
- Pour straight into a glass. Use a second iSi Nitro Charger for a more intense taste experience.
