Naga Dog
An American-style hot dog dressed with Japanese and Korean flavors (wasabi, sriracha, teriyaki, kimchi, nori) — an Asian-fusion take on the classic hot dog. Makes 4 dogs.

Ingredients
| 4 | red hot sausages |
| 4 | hot dog buns |
| 4 oz (113 g) | Wasabi Mayo |
| 4 oz (113 g) | Sriracha Mayo |
| 1/2 cup (100 ml) | Teriyaki Sauce |
| 1/4 cup (180 g) | kimchi |
| 4 tbsp (60 g) | shredded nori seaweed |
Instructions
- Warm the hot dogs and buns on a flat top until cooked through.
- Load the link into the bun.
- Start by slathering on 1 ounce (28 g) each of the Wasabi Mayo and Sriracha Mayo, then 1 ounce (28 ml) Teriyaki Sauce.
- Top the dog with kimchi and nori shreds.
