
A Stew of Octopus and Prawns in a Pressure Cooker
A Spanish-style stew of octopus and prawns simmered with potatoes, tomatoes and a splash of cava, finished in the pressure cooker.

Instructions
- We bring clean octopus from the fish shop. We freeze.
- The next day we let them thaw.
- Peel the potatoes in chunks, peel the garlic.
- In a pan we put oil and brown the garlic, then the octopus, prawns, tomatoes, paprika and add the cava, letting it reduce.
- We put everything in the pot along with the potatoes, season, add a little water and make boil 15 minutes.
