Old Bay Chicken Wings

Air-fryer chicken wings tossed in a lemony Old Bay butter.

Ingredients

—cooking spray
2 pounds905 gchicken wings
1/2 cup120 mlunsalted butter
1 tablespoon15 mlseafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
1lemon, juiced

  1. Spray CrispLid basket with cooking spray. Lay chicken wings in a single layer in the basket, working in batches as needed.
  2. Place trivet in inner steel pot of pressure cooker. Place fryer basket on the trivet. Set CrispLid on top of inner steel pot and plug in.
  3. Set CrispLid to 425°F (220°C). Cook chicken wings until a thermometer inserted near the bone reads at least 165°F (75°C), 15 to 20 minutes. Lift the lid using the handle and set it on the silicone mat.
  4. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat; whisk in Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice.
  5. Transfer wings to a bowl and pour butter mixture on top and toss to coat. Dust wings with additional Old Bay seasoning as desired.

Mealthy Tip: Mix lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and Greek yogurt together for a cooling and refreshing dip to have alongside the spiced wings.
