Oven Potatoes with Cream

Ingredients

| 250 мл | cream, liquid |
| 200 г | kashkaval cheese |
| 200 г | smoked meat (pork or turkey) |
| — | salt |
| — | black pepper |
Instructions
Prep 20. Cook 50. Total 70. Serves 4-5.
- Boil the potatoes in a little salted water.
- Cool the cooked potatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces. Put them in a glass baking dish.
- Place the smoked meat, cut into cubes, on top.
- Pour over the cream and arrange thin slices of kashkaval cheese on the very top.
- Season with spices and put the tray to bake for 30 minutes in a moderately heated oven.
