
Panna Cotta with Fresh Milk and Yogurt
There are many panna cotta recipes online, but this one is tried and tested, even though I don't at all remember where I got it years ago.
Ingredients
| 400 ml | fresh (whole) milk |
| 5-6 spoons | sugar |
| 2 packets | gelatin |
| 300 g | yogurt, thick |
| — | vanilla |
| — | jam, from fruit, for garnish |

There are many panna cotta recipes online, but this one is tried and tested, even though I don't at all remember where I got it years ago.
Heat 400 ml fresh milk + 5-6 spoons sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Separately prepare two packets of gelatin and add them to the milk while stirring constantly.
Whisk 300 g thick yogurt well with a wire whisk so there are no lumps, and flavour it with vanilla. Add the fresh milk to it in a thin stream. Stir well.
Pour into cups or some silicone moulds. Leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours, turn out onto a plate and garnish either with jam or with a homemade strawberry syrup like I do.
