Instructions
In a large non-stick pan, cook the bacon until crispy (about 8 min). Drain on paper towels and crumble finely. Set aside. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the Philadelphia, the cheddar, the garlic, the paprika, the salt and the black pepper. Using a spoon, shape 18 small balls. Arrange them on a baking-paper-lined tray and leave in the fridge for about an hour. In a wide bowl combine the bacon, the nuts and the chives. Roll the balls in the bacon mixture. Skewer them with the pretzel sticks. Serve at room temperature. If they are not going to be served right away, cover with cling film and return to the fridge.
