Pomegranate Jelly Hearts
Heart-shaped pomegranate jellies with rosewater and pomegranate arils.
Ingredients
| 10 g | gelatin (minimum) | |
| 2 cups | 480 ml | pomegranate juice (4 pomegranates) |
| 1/8 tsp | 0.6 ml | rosewater |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | pomegranate arils |
| 3-4 tbsp | 45–60 ml | sugar |
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin in 1/2 cup of the juice.
- Meanwhile, bring the rest of the juice to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the rosewater, then whisk into the gelatin mixture until fully dissolved.
- Pour into heart-shaped molds and/or frames and add the arils. Chill until set, about 3 hours.
