
Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
| 4 pieces | pork - boneless pieces | |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | flour |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | butter |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | chicken broth |
| — | ginger | |
| 2 tsp | 10 ml | Dijon mustard |
| 2 tsp | 10 ml | whole-grain mustard |
| 4 heads | onions, crushed |
Instructions
- Lightly flour the pieces of meat. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Brown the meat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden. Remove the chops and keep them warm if possible.
- Pour the broth into the pan, increase the temperature until the liquid boils and the meat residue stuck to the bottom loosens. Add the ginger and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the mustard and onions, salt and black pepper to taste. Serve the chops with the prepared sauce.
