- Press the "Saute" button and melt the ghee. Once hot, sear the pork chops until golden browned, about 4 minutes per side.
- Add the beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the inner pot.
- Secure the lid. Choose the "Manual" mode and cook for 10 minutes at High pressure. Once cooking is complete, use a natural pressure release; carefully remove the lid.
- Transfer just the pork chops to a serving plate and cover to keep them warm. Press the "Saute" button again.
- Whisk in the cream and xanthan gum. Let it simmer approximately 4 minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Spoon the sauce over the pork chops and enjoy!
