Pork Tenderloin with Eggs

Ingredients
| 800 g | pork - whole tenderloin | |
| 5 pcs | eggs | |
| 4 tbsp | 60 ml | oil |
| 50 g | butter | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | flour |
| — | salt | |
| — | black pepper |
Instructions
- Hollow out the center of the tenderloin lengthwise like a tunnel using a sharp knife and place the hard-boiled eggs there one after another.
- Sew up the tenderloin at both ends or tie it with string. Fry it in a pot until browned on all sides in previously heated oil.
- Pour in 2 cups of hot water, sprinkle with black pepper and salt, and let it simmer over moderate heat until cooked and tender. If necessary, add more water.
- Separately, fry the flour dissolved in a little cold water in heated butter and add it to the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
- Cut the meat into thin slices just before serving.
