Pork Tenderloin with Processed Cheese
Pork tenderloin braised in white wine, finished with cream and smoked processed cheese. Prep 20 min, cook 35 min, total 55 min. Serves 4-5.

Ingredients
| 1 kg | pork tenderloin | |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | dry white wine |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | cream |
| 100 g | smoked processed cheese | |
| — | salt | |
| — | black pepper | |
| — | oil |
Instructions
- Salt the pork and rub it with black pepper. Pour half of the wine over it and leave it like this for 30 minutes.
- Heat fat in a pan and fry the pork together with its liquid evenly on all sides.
- Pour in the remaining wine and braise for about 20 minutes, until the meat is completely soft.
- Pour in the cream, stir and add spices to taste.
- Finally stir in the chopped smoked processed cheese and, after 1 minute, remove from the heat.
