Potato Patties
These potato patties are ideal for every day, since they are quick and very economical. They cost almost nothing, but are so tasty and moreish that you cannot put them down. They go very well with a fresh salad — be it tomato and cucumber, or lettuce, or even cabbage. Honestly, you can also serve them as a side dish to some prepared meat. The choice is entirely yours.

Instructions
We need one or two kilograms of potatoes, two onions, two or three eggs, four spoonfuls of cream (sour cream), red pepper (paprika), black pepper, flour, parsley, oil, and salt to taste.
- First we peel and cut the potatoes, then boil them in a pot of salted water.
- Then we drain them well from the water and mash them while they are still warm.
- Chop the onion finely and fry it, adding the paprika, black pepper and salt to taste. Then mix the seasoned onion with the potatoes.
- Remove from the heat, cool the mixture, and only then add the rest of the listed products.
- From this appetizing mixture we knead a firm dough, which we then roll out into a sheet.
- Take a glass and, using it, start cutting patties out of the dough. Then put the patties to fry in the oil in the pan. Fry them on both sides, and when they are completely ready, there is nothing left to do but to eat them with great pleasure.
