Sauce Choron
A tomato-tinted béarnaise-style sauce built on QimiQ Sauce Hollandaise, enriched with tomato paste and fresh herbs. Yields 10 portions.
Ingredients
| 1 litre | QimiQ Sauce Hollandaise |
| 300 g | Tomato paste |
| 100 g | Tarragon, finely chopped |
| 100 g | Parsley, finely chopped |
Instructions
- Heat the QimiQ Sauce Hollandaise in a saucepan, stirring continuously.
- Whisk the tomato paste into the hot QimiQ Sauce Hollandaise and blend using an immersion blender.
- Fold in the chopped herbs.
