
Quick and Easy Yakiniku (Japanese Grilled Meat) in a Frying Pan

Ingredients
| 350 g | thinly sliced beef (chicken, pork or any meat is OK) | |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | sake |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | soy sauce |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | honey |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | oyster sauce |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | ground toasted white sesame seeds |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | sesame oil |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | grated garlic |
| — | lettuce | |
| — | tomato |
Instructions
- Cut the beef into bite-size pieces if necessary, and season with the yakiniku sauce (sake, soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, ground sesame, sesame oil and grated garlic). You don't have to soak it - cook immediately.
- Cook the seasoned beef in a frying pan until done.
- Serve with lettuce and tomato if you like.
