A super-easy chocolate-fruit loaf cake. The end result is so good you'll lick your fingers — a different and incredibly tasty white-chocolate-and-fruit cake.
🍳 Cook: 40 min
Ingredients
| 4 | eggs | |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | sugar |
| 300 g | flour | |
| 2 tsp | 10 ml | baking powder |
| 150-200 g | white chocolate | |
| 80 g | butter | |
| 200 g | raspberries (or blueberries or strawberries) |
Instructions
- First beat the eggs well with the sugar. Then add the flour together with the baking powder.
- Melt the butter on the stove, or in the microwave to be quicker. Add the crushed white chocolate to it and keep melting and stirring until you get a completely uniform, homogeneous mixture.
- Only then add this mixture to the first one that you prepared and stir well again.
- Take a small tray or loaf tin and pour the mixture into it. It's good if the tin, if it's an ordinary tray, is lined beforehand with baking paper so the cake doesn't stick to it.
- On the very top, over the poured mixture, arrange plenty of the fruit you have chosen.
- Put the cake in the oven and leave it to bake for about 40 minutes. The temperature should not be higher than 180 degrees.
