Roman-Style Chicken

Ingredients

| 60 g | ham | |
| 1 pc | onion | |
| 350 g | tomatoes | |
| 2 pcs | peppers | |
| 4 tbsp | 60 ml | white wine |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | olive oil |
| 40 g | butter | |

Instructions
Clean and cut the chicken into quarters. Salt it, sprinkle with black pepper and flour and fry on both sides in the butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Remove the chicken and in the remaining fat fry the onion until golden. Add the ham cut into strips, the wine, the portions of chicken meat and rosemary. Cook until the wine evaporates. Add the scalded, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and braise, covered, for about 30 minutes. Cut the peppers into wide strips, fry them in fat and add them to the chicken, continuing to braise until soft.
