| 1 | egg | |
| 1/2 tea cup | sugar | |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | baking soda |
| 1 pinch | salt | |
| 1 | vanilla | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | lemon juice |
| — | fat for frying | |
| — | sour cream |
Instructions
They are topped with sour cream mixed with powdered sugar and homemade sour cherry and strawberry jam.
- Mix all the products well except the flour, which is added slowly at the end. Knead a dough from which you form larger balls and pierce them in the middle with a finger to form the doughnut shape.
- Reserve dough for the small balls — 1/4 of the doughnut's dough makes one small ball.
- Heat the fat and fry over low heat. Remove onto paper towel to absorb some of the fat.
