Ingredients
| 2 | rosemary sprigs | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | almond butter |
| 8 ounce | 225 g | shallots |
| 2 | carrots, chopped | |
| 2 tablespoon | 30 ml | almond flour |
| 3 pound | 1.4 kg | beef |
| — | water, as needed | |
| 2 teaspoon | 10 ml | salt |
Instructions
Serves: 4 / Preparation time: 10 minutes / Cooking time: 20 minutes.
While many people don't really like the flavor of the rosemary, the balance here is just too perfect to ignore! It's awesome in all the right places.
- Set the pot to Sauté mode and add olive oil, allow the oil to heat up.
- Add butter and chopped rosemary and stir.
- Add shallots, carrots and sauté for a while.
- Shove the veggies on the side and add the meat cubes, brown them slightly and pour just enough stock to gently cover them, season with salt.
- Lock up the lid and cook 20 minutes on HIGH pressure.
- Release the pressure naturally over 10 minutes.
- Open and set the pot to Sauté mode, allow it to simmer.
- Enjoy!
